Job Overview
A Mechanical/Project Engineer is required to join our organization in North Cork, a market leader in electro-mechanical services and solutions for the industrial and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and foster innovation in processes and service delivery.
- Oversee engineering projects, optimize plant and equipment maintenance, and implement best practices to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients primarily across Ireland's water and wastewater sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in an engineering role; water/wastewater sector experience an advantage.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven expertise in LEAN methodologies, process optimization, and maintenance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
