Job Title: Building Management System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our campus's building management system (BMS). As a key member of the Utilities process team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with Engineering and Operations personnel, making changes to control systems in line with site change control procedures and standards, and performing routine computer system maintenance checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting trouble shooting issues with Engineering and Operations personnel
  • Making changes to control systems in line with site change control procedures and standards
  • Performing routine computer system maintenance checks

You will provide subject matter expertise for BMS design, development, installation, testing, validation, and lifecycle support. This includes leading and overseeing work being delivered by equipment vendors and trade partners, ensuring software design meets operational needs, and developing standard operating procedures and work instructions.

This role requires experience with Siemens Desigo CC application, PLC/HMI configuration, industrial communication protocols, and systems performing backup and restore, disaster recovery. You must possess a keen technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential.
