Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the completion of a large-scale housing project in Kildare.

Project Overview

The project consists of 160 houses, with approximately half completed and plans for continued work over the next couple of years.

Your Role as Site Manager
  • Establish safe working practices on-site.
  • Evaluate and maintain delivery targets effectively.
  • Demonstrate commercial knowledge of the scope of work.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
  • Provide weekly reports on project progress.
  • Attend daily meetings to discuss project developments.
Requirements for Success
  • Possession of a valid CSCS card.
  • Previous experience in residential building and construction.
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and practices.
