About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our team in a senior role, specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients undergoing plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from those requiring treatment for traumatic hand injuries to those undergoing breast reconstruction surgery.
Your expertise will enable you to provide high-quality care that meets the complex needs of our patients, improving their outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients undergoing plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
