About the Position:

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding valued customers through onboarding, implementation, and troubleshooting, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions and achieve their goals.

This exciting role offers a blend of remote work and flexible office hours at our locations in Dublin, Galway, and Kilkenny. Travel within Ireland may be required from time to time, with expenses covered.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers, equipping them for success with our products and services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  5. Design and implement customer success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential Skills:

Customer relationship management, brand promotion, proactive problem-solving, time management, product knowledge, empathy, understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, sales experience.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  2. Experience working in the technology sector is a significant advantage.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  4. Experience in education is a plus.
