Job Title: Safety and Risk Management Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Risk Management Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our staff and stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them. They will also be required to develop and implement safety policies and procedures, as well as provide training and support to staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff and contractors
  • Assess and manage risks associated with construction activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety best practices are implemented

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in health and safety, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Health and Safety Certification, Diploma, or Degree is essential
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
