As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all projects.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement safety plans, and conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective safety plans
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to staff and contractors on EHSQ procedures
  • Monitor and report on safety performance and keep accurate records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction, engineering, or building services
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Full driving license
  • iOSH membership or ISO standards knowledge (advantageous)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
