About the Role

This is an urgent and critical contract to support business integration as part of a company acquisition. The primary goal is to deliver efficient and effective solutions for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, timeline, quality standards, and budget to ensure clear articulation of business requirements.
  • Establish and manage project structures, roles, and teams for efficient delivery.
  • Produce RAID logs and manage mitigation activities, including ongoing risk assessment and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to integrate costs, activities, and deliverables within the project scope.
  • Create high-level and detailed documents to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in insurance business integration or change projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of business improvement methodologies, including change management principles.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence business decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to escalate issues positively.
  • Self-motivation, excellent time management, and prioritization skills under pressure.
  • Effective people management skills to lead and motivate team members.
