As a Service & Sales Performance Coach, you will play a pivotal role in frontline operations at Dublin Airport. Your primary responsibility will be to coach and mentor staff, driving service excellence and supporting sales growth through performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets
  • Deliver coaching to team members on sales techniques and customer engagement to drive station revenue
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service standards on the frontline
  • Mentor and develop team performance, encouraging accountability and a results-driven mindset
  • Ensure all staff are fully trained and compliant with company procedures and policies
  • Partner with Station Management to ensure adequate vehicle availability to meet demand
  • Lead performance tracking on upgrades—monitoring conversion rates, revenue per transaction, and customer value
  • Train and coach staff on delivering service-led upgrade conversations to enhance the customer experience
  • Oversee rental documentation and underwriting accuracy to ensure compliance
  • Maintain a high standard of security across vehicles, premises, and sensitive data
Requirements:
  • Full clean B driving license (held for a minimum of 2 years preferred)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership background, with proven ability to coach and motivate front-facing teams
  • Sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, target-led environment
  • Confident coaching style with a passion for people development and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance people, performance, and operational priorities
