Senior Software Tester Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester to join our quality assurance process.

This is a key position that requires a strong focus on detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of multiple programming languages, effective leadership skills, and a keen eye for product specifications.

As a Senior Software Tester, you will lead the test efforts of other manual and automated testers, analyzing product specifications and defining test cases to confirm compliance with those specifications.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior manual and automated testers, leading the effort to define and implement automation testing processes, tracking reported issues/defects, and collaborating with other test leads and team members.
