Enterprise Architecture Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the design, integration, and transition of IT services across a complex and distributed enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end IT service design, ensuring compliance with ITIL, NIST, and NIS2 standards, integrated with ServiceNow. This includes leading re-engineering of existing services and development of new ones for improved performance, user experience, and compliance. Additionally, we need someone who can own service transition process for all ICT projects, working across the full project life-cycle to embed service readiness and document the whole process clearly.

Requirements include a relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT service management, including 2+ years in a leadership or process ownership role is required. A strong background in IT service design architecture, transition, or ITSM roles in large, multi-site organisations is essential. Deep knowledge of ITIL v4 and experience applying NIST frameworks is necessary. Proficiency with ServiceNow, especially CMDB, service catalogues, and workflows is expected. Technical familiarity with infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, ERP) is also required.
