Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead - Operations Manager

Location: Finglas, Dublin, Ireland

Department: Supply Chain / Logistics

Reports To: Senior Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team within our operations department. The role involves supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of individuals to achieve daily and long-term objectives
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure professional growth and operational effectiveness
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement within the team
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within quality standards
    • Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met
    • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows
    • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges
    • Prepare and present regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and team achievements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry
    • Proven track record in team leadership, operations management, or production in a regulated environment

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics practices
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices in the supply chain industry

  • Leadership & Management Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with mentoring and developing team members
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
