Key Responsibilities

The successful Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for managing the efficient, timely, and compliant movement of materials across the EMEA region and beyond.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure safe, on-time delivery
  • Working closely with our central Distribution Center, trusted carriers, and global freight forwarders
  • Proactively identifying and managing any transit delays, disruptions, or risks
  • Building strong working relationships with warehouses, suppliers, and 3PLs

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics
  • Solid understanding of freight management and basic customs procedures
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong working knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, TMS, and WMS
