We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to spearhead the development of our platform APIs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving multiple high-profile product or software development projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-caliber communication plan for complex projects and programs.
- Contribute to developing a roadmap for the team and maintain it in line with priorities defined by product.
- Assist teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning.
- Facilitate creation and prioritization of project-level features and backlogs.
- Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies for the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master, managing cross-functional projects.
- An ability to distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks.
- Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies, allowing for flexibility in process.
- Have strong technical proficiency demonstrated in any number of ways.
- Experienced in Project Management Methodologies, Frameworks, and tooling.
