Electronics Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing innovative motor controller products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of hardware (analog, digital, and power electronics) for servo-drive products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, cost targets, and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, architectural design, implementation, integration, and testing within tight project schedules.
  • Participate in design reviews, business reviews, and support on-site customer visits as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in electronics engineering.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, mathematical, and analytical skills, with experience in problem-solving and results-oriented work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with senior customers, management, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accountability, commitment, and responsibility.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in a relevant role, particularly in hard real-time embedded system developments.
  • Knowledge of power conversion principles, topologies, and technologies, thermal management, and permanent magnet synchronous motors.
  • Capability and experience in VHDL language and FPGA communication with electronic devices.
