As a senior hotel operations professional, this role offers the opportunity to oversee the daily activities of a popular wedding venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote superior customer care at all times
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
  • Attend regular meetings with department heads and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Conduct frequent floor walks to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Effectively communicate with managers and senior staff
  • Manage the Porter and Accommodation departments, including training and inspections
  • Oversee float management and room occupancy figures
  • Carry out spot checks and respond to guest complaints
  • Assist with wedding show rounds and VIP events
  • Act as hotel's Health & Safety Officer

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience in a senior hotel operations role, with expertise across various hotel departments. They must be a proven team leader with excellent communication and motivational skills.
