Job Title: Senior Machine Learning ResearcherAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to join our Machine Learning group. As a Research Fellow, you will work under the supervision of Dr. Novi Quadrianto and contribute to developing and utilising statistical matching techniques for mitigating and auditing bias in Artificial Intelligence models.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a tool that can be easily integrated into any AI workflow to continuously monitor and improve its fairness.
  • The tool will operate with different types of data (tabular, images, and text) in a variety of contexts (binary and multiclass classification and regression).
  • Maintain high standards of research quality and integrity, adhering to best practices in machine learning and AI.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science or a related field with a strong background in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing statistical matching techniques for mitigating and auditing bias in AI models.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, with experience in using popular libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
