Job Description

Vision Contracting Ltd is a leading builder in niche market segments. Our focus is on undertaking complex projects successfully and fostering customer relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with Building Control (Amendment) Regulations [BC(A)R] and manage ISO standards across the organization and project sites.
  • Support site management teams in achieving BCMS validation, coordinate with certifiers, oversee ISO processes, and contribute to quality, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Quality, Environmental, Project Management, Construction, or relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience coordinating BC(A)R compliance within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 essential).
  • Proven ability to coordinate with certifiers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Experience preparing for and supporting external ISO audits.
