We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to communicating with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing new starter packs.
  • Manage all HR administrative tasks, such as processing leavers, drafting employment contracts, and maintaining employee files.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining and updating our HRIS system.
  • Provide administrative support on ER cases, including note-taking in formal meetings and helping to prepare necessary documentation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is essential.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying is required.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Previous experience using HRIS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive approach.
