About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Donegal.
Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and extending job offers.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior managers on employee relations matters.
  • Liaise with the finance department regarding payroll and notify them of new starters, leavers and employees on maternity or paternity leave.
  • Review and update performance management and absence management processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate the implementation and roll-out of new HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Prior experience in system implementation, recruitment and employee relations cases is essential.
  • Excellent skills in absence management, performance management and communication with payroll teams.
