Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of a high-profile residential development project in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to take a lead role on a large-scale construction project. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Project Managers and Senior Management on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage site resources and materials, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, recording information on our document control system.
  • Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, manage their work, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Take responsibility for setting out works, monitoring progress, and making decisions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate site records (including site diaries) and assist the commercial team with labour and material allocations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Full Irish Driving Licence.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using construction document control systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a team-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
