Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to support our organisation's financial performance, reporting and strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with around 1 year PQE to gain commercial finance experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth by delivering insights, ensuring strong financial control and providing accurate financial analysis, forecasts and modelling.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain a robust financial control framework including reconciliations, policies and risk management processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets and forecasts to ensure strong liquidity and efficient resource allocation.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives evaluating profitability, costs and investment opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Circa 1+ years PQE in a financial reporting, management accounting or business partnering role.
  • Experience within financial services or a medium/large accounting function.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
