Chef de Partie Opportunity

As a key member of our culinary team, we are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead our busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing stock and inventory, ensuring food quality and timely delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare starters and main courses during service with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen health and hygiene
  • Cook food to order using a variety of cooking techniques
  • Lead a section of the kitchen with junior chefs and provide guidance and support when needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of chef experience, preferably in a la-carte environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
