Site Supervisor Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading teams on site.

  • Directing and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing groundwork on projects and collaborating with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans for seamless project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising site safety and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
