Exciting Groundworks Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a challenging role as a Groundworks Foreman. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to lead projects in North Dublin.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure groundworks are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and staying within project timelines.
  • Assess work activities, plan resources, and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Manage daily site operations, including labour resource planning and material ordering.
  • Liaise closely with the design team, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate the completion of online daily site diaries, weekly documentation, and performance reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Carry out company compliance procedures, record site operations, and provide training and technical advice to the site team.
  • Effectively plan tasks, organize plant and site facilities, and ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety protocols.
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to key stakeholders and partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A degree or higher diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent trade experience).
  • Background in residential developments essential.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical nature are essential.
  • The ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
