We are currently working with a well-established small business in the area who is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

**Job Summary:** We require an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage accounts payable/receivable using Xero, maintain accurate financial records, and perform bank reconciliations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable using Xero
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing trial balances and support audit preparations
  • Handle general office admin and ad-hoc finance tasks as required

**Requirements:** An Accounting/Finance qualification or relevant experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, experience with Xero and Excel is a plus, availability to work on-site.
