Employee Relations Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at HR Search Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
About the RoleThis 12-month fixed-term contract position involves working closely with the HR Director to manage HR systems, recruit and select top talent, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a key role in shaping an engaging and efficient workplace by managing employee relations, HR systems, recruitment and selection, payroll and benefits, compliance, performance reviews, onboarding and offboarding, and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations, including responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, track leave, and generate reports using HR systems.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring that job postings are effective and interviews are conducted fairly.
- Support payroll processing and answer employee queries regarding pay and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and developments.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and support to employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, making new hires feel welcome and smoothing the transition for leavers.
- Organize initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Superb communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Able to work under pressure, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
