Job Title:

Treasury Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Treasury Operations team. As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting other finance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Management:
    • Oversee accounts payable and vendor relations, including creating purchase orders and processing invoices
    • Maintain LEI registrations
    • Set up and maintain static data in treasury management systems
    • Oversee regulatory reporting
    • Manage intercompany loan and deposit documentation
  • Treasury Operations:
    • Reconcile nostro accounts daily, liaising with counterparties to resolve discrepancies
    • Prepare end-of-day reports
    • Daily reporting and reconciliation under EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation)
    • Ensure timely settlement of securities trades
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Manage documentation
    • Handle office supplies
    • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum 2.1 honors degree in business, finance or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar environment is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in data analytics is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in financial markets
