Job Summary:
A proactive Fire and Electronic Security Engineer is required to join our team in carrying out routine maintenance and testing of fire and electronic security systems at client premises.

About the Role:
This challenging role involves troubleshooting and repairing of faults, maintaining Fire / CCTV/ Intruder and Access Control systems, delivering high-calibre customer service at all times, assisting with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files and providing effective emergency call-out cover for security systems.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Maintaining Fire / CCTV/ Intruder and Access Control systems
• Delivering high-calibre customer service at all times
• Assisting with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files
• Providing effective emergency call-out cover for security systems (including out of hours rota)

Key Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be competent in using technology such as laptops, measuring devices and smart phones, have confident IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel, possess good customer service skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
