Job Title: Senior Electronics Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished electronics development specialist to join our team in a new role. The successful candidate will work closely with customers on electronic product development projects, focusing on improving manufacturability and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to optimize electronic product development projects, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and current cost reduction targets.
  • Develop assembly documentation and work instructions to support production processes.
  • Train production staff on assembly procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Support the maintenance team in designing maintenance routines for assembly line equipment and perform critical engineering maintenance tasks as required.
  • Provide technical expertise to production teams, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Implement process controls, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and control plans, within the change management framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electronic engineering manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electronic troubleshooting and circuit design analysis.
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
