Job Title: Creative Visualizer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic global marketing team as a Creative Visualizer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for interpreting stakeholder needs and designing visually appealing solutions with high impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content from inception through to final execution in support of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide oversight on design output and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain design integrity across all channels, ensuring adherence to brand identity standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues on creative execution of campaigns and collateral.
  • Implement process efficiencies within the design team and communicate these to the business.
  • Act as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with industry standard graphic software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in After Effects is desirable.
  • Proficiency within MS Office, particularly presentation design within MS PowerPoint.
  • Relevant degree e.g. Graphic Design (or similar), or Marketing.
  • Minimum 4 years' design experience with a strong portfolio or other demonstrable track record of success.
  • Experience working within robust visual identity guidelines.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, with good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
