About the Position
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Coordinator to oversee residential construction projects in Dublin.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong understanding of construction processes, and ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively.
">Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams for efficient project delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budget plans, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Ensure alignment with project specifications and design requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in residential construction
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and coordinate construction teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with project stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
