Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex IT challenges is the core of this role. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be working closely with clients across various business environments to provide technical support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in an IT support role, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure. They should also have experience with security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.

A full driving license is required for regular visits to client sites. Strong communication skills are essential for dealing with clients at all levels, and previous experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud applications, and managing escalations. The successful candidate will also be comfortable using remote access tools and familiar with servers, both on-premises and hosted.

Requirements include 2–5 years in an IT support role, ideally bridging L2 and L3 responsibilities, and previous experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Experience with server roles in a small to medium-sized business (SMB) environment is also required.
