Global Supply Chain Technical Documentation Specialist

At Life Science Consultants, we are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to contribute to our team of experts in the biopharmaceutical industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed documentation for global supply chain processes. This will include standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
In addition to document creation, the Technical Documentation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. They will also review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, and regulations.
To enhance the clarity and usability of documents, the Technical Documentation Specialist will create visual aids such as flowcharts and diagrams. Furthermore, they will manage document control processes, including version control, approvals, and distribution.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of global supply chain processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, process documentation, or technical writing is required. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a Stamp 1G or a Stamp 4 visa. We regret that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
