
Chief Avionics Systems Specialist

This is a challenging role to join our team as we expand our operations and fleet within the next decade.
- The Technical Services Avionics Engineer will work with a dedicated team providing support in several areas:
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives;
- Providing troubleshooting support to maintenance teams;
- Creating design modifications to support operator documentation;
- Supporting reliability efforts to identify and resolve repetitive failures across the fleet;
- Generating and editing applicable operator documents (MEL, Tech Notices, Procedures Notices);
- Supporting aircraft lease returns related to Avionics issues;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an airline in a Tech Services or line maintenance role with strong avionics input;
- An Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree or B2 license;
- Excellent technical knowledge primarily of the A320 and B737 aircraft;
- A flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority;
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and coordination;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Programs (Word, Excel);
- The ability to work independently in a team environment;
- Attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and timely delivery of results;
