We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team in Sligo, Ireland.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential.

You will work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, drive performance targets, and lead with effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and productive store environment that meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve goals related to customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store operations, including inventory management and daily operations.
  • Foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine team connections by celebrating successes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to set daily objectives, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, and ensure store administration is excellent.

About You:

We are looking for someone with relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent in retail or hospitality, who possesses people management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration).

You should also have experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others, as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.
