We are currently seeking a highly motivated
Shop Manager
to join our team at the Enable Ireland Shop in Dublin City.
Contract Type:
Permanent Full-time
Contract Hours:
40 hours per week
Salary:
€30,520 per annum, with a 2% profit share and bonus (pro rata) if targets are met.
Excellent benefits included.
Annual Leave:
22 days per year plus 2 gift days.
Overview of the Post
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, motivating and encouraging staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets to support Enable Ireland's services.
You should have retail clothing experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
The role involves inspiring and motivating your team, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales, all while working for a charity.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the shop according to a work plan and financial targets
Train, supervise, and manage shop staff, including volunteers
Ensure the shop's appearance is attractive and aligns with brand standards
