Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and providing guidance to team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Co-ordinate visual merchandising displays and ensure the store is presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including stock control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a similar role or senior sales assistant position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
