Job Summary
  • Provide exceptional palliative and nursing care with a focus on patient-centered support.
  • Demonstrate leadership and facilitate ongoing education for healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in educational programs to enhance the skills of nursing and care staff.
  • Maintain professional standards and ethics aligned with hospice values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered General Nurse with current registration from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • At least 12–18 months of post-graduate experience (desired).
  • Prior experience in palliative care or oncology is preferred but not essential.
  • A postgraduate Diploma or Master's in Health Sciences (Palliative Care) is desired – or willingness to pursue it.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills suitable for a hospice setting.
  • A team player who values collaboration and holistic care.
