Job Summary

Lead Supply Chain Planning

Wanted: an experienced leader to oversee the global supply planning function, driving optimal supply to meet customer demand and delivering business operating plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of professionals responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on supply strategies and execute tactical plans.
  • Own the development of accurate demand plans to drive supply decisions.
  • Monitor and synchronize information and product flows to prevent supply disruptions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess and obsolete products.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or industrial engineering; master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of combined experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or other supply chain disciplines.
  • Previous experience leading the implementation or execution of IBP process, S&OP, or related business planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP fundamentals.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
