Supporting Our Residents

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care Support Assistant. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, while also developing your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents, working collaboratively with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Promote residents' mobility and independence, assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Maintain residents' dignity and personal appearance, while ensuring their physical comfort and well-being.
  • Organise and participate in social activities, fostering communication and connection between residents, families, and staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and contribute to a safe and healthy environment for all.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care setting is required.
  • A Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary for effective communication with residents and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.
