As part of our Investor AML Operations team supporting Guernsey clients, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader, AML Operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements for investors.
  • Review procedural requirements and recommend changes where applicable.
  • Develop training material and lead training sessions within the department.
  • Conduct performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with others to achieve shared goals.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
