Job Role Description
The Ireland Investor AML Operations team requires a skilled professional to lead the team in completing tasks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) for investors. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Northern Trust Transfer Agency and Client Services Departments, to deliver a robust AML service to our clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing teams, responding to inquiries, reviewing procedures, developing training material, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Organizing team work, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Responding to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements for investors
- Reviewing procedural requirements and recommending changes where necessary
- Developing training material and leading training sessions within the department
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft and Peoplesoft systems. They should also have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations acquired through formal education or experience.
A knowledge of Irish, UK, or Cayman regulations is desirable. Analytical and communication skills are required to analyze and summarize information. Leadership and organizational skills are needed to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff.
