Investor Aml Process Lead

This role requires a Senior Compliance Specialist to manage the work of the Ireland Investor AML Department. The successful candidate will benefit from having excellent communication and leadership skills to prioritize assignments and provide feedback to staff. In addition, knowledge of Irish, UK, or Cayman regulations is desirable.
The role involves responding to internal and external inquiries related to Anti Money Laundering requirements for investors. Key responsibilities include organizing the work of the team, assigning tasks, setting short-term priorities, monitoring activities, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of the work.
You will also participate in developing training material and lead training partners within the department, including new hires. You may have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
