AML Compliance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Investor AML Operations team as a Team Leader, AML Operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and best practices.
Job Description:This role is responsible for organizing and assigning tasks to team members, setting priorities, and ensuring timely completion of work. The successful candidate will be required to respond to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements for investors, review procedural requirements, and develop training material.
The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, strong organizational and communication skills, and effective risk management abilities. They will also possess the ability to work with others to achieve shared goals and have general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
