We are seeking a seasoned nurse leader to join our healthcare team as Assistant Director of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct nursing staff in a dynamic care setting, focusing on delivering high-quality person-centred care.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver tailored care that meets the needs of older persons.
  • Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills among all stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including Excel spreadsheets, is required.
Requirements:
  • NMBI registration
  • Three years of post-registration experience in a relevant field
  • A recognised managerial qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications)
