Job Title: Nursing Leader, Director Of Care

Overview:

A seasoned nursing professional with a depth of experience in Older Persons care is required to provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of clinical strategies and direction for nursing staff
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
