Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian speaking customer support specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can provide exceptional assistance to customers in Italian and English. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our EMEA customers who are scaling their businesses with Klaviyo.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best support and can work effectively in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers through email and live chat.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions for both technical and non-technical end users.
- Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints using established processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role where you've successfully troubleshooted and resolved software/SaaS issues.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, empathetic, and able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Italian.
- A comfort level working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding defined metrics and KPIs while maintaining quality of service.
