Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Support Expert to join our team. As an Italian-speaking professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support to our EMEA customers.
Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their technical expertise and communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, resolving escalated complaints, and providing guidance on non-technical related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
- Provide high-quality product support via email and live chat
- Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints using established processes
- Support customers with non-technical queries (e.g., marketing, sales, e-commerce setup)
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role with software issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills: clear, empathetic, and able to explain technical concepts
- Fluency in English and Italian (essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting metrics while maintaining quality
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (occasional 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm alongside standard 9am - 5pm)
- Collaborative mindset: shares knowledge, contributes ideas, and supports teammates
- Proactive and positive: self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond for customers
- Full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions
