Customer Support Role: Join Our EMEA Team

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Dublin team, providing exceptional support to our customers across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of the Klaviyo platform while working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide top-notch product support via email and live chat.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the Klaviyo platform and its various features.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose software issues.
  • Providing high-quality technical support to end-users while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
